Ammadale:

This subdivision is the very definition of prime location! This particular neighborhood started in the 40’s and has continued to blossom; between the mature landscapeing and quick walk to the square these homes are perfect for anyone wanting to be close to the hustle and bustle of the downtown area.

Argyle Lane:

This sweet secluded area is anything but mundane. These homes are one of Oxford’s best kept secrets. Once inside you get the impression of being very secluded with lush vegetation all around, but you truly are in the heart of Oxford. These cottages offer the best of both worlds.

Ashleys Place:

These homes are very affordable and are great for small families or weekenders. Ashleys Place is located off College Hill Rd, and inside the "Township of Twelve Oaks Subdivision". Breckenridge:

This family neighborhood is located off Anderson Road, not too far from the Ole Miss campus. These affordable homes are in the city school district and usually sell in the low $200's. This neighborhood has a nice mixture of 1st time home buyers, retirees, and folks who have purchased for their college kids.

Castlehill Estates:

This subdivision is perfect for anyone wanting to be right outside the hustle and bustle of downtown Oxford and slip right into a surreal like atmosphere. Each homeowner in Castlehill has access to their own private boat ramp into The Highlands trophy managed 80 acre fishing lake! Cherokee Hill Heights:

This subdivision is located right off North Lamar and great for anyone is search of longing to stroll the downtown streets of Oxford. With several different styles to choose from any family is sure to find something.

Cobblestone Park:

These homes are just a few short miles east on Highway 30 but yet still in the city school district. This quiet neighborhood offers an array of advantages to families wanting a little larger yard while still maintaining a great location.

College Hill Heights:

These homes are right off College Hill Road with easy access to the Ole Miss Golf Course. Homes range in size and taste, making it a possibility for most.

Community Green:

These homes have a unique story, starting on campus and recently being moved to Molly Barr Road in the hopes of Oxford providing affordable homes so close to campus. Perfect for anyone looking for a great deal in Oxford.

Country Club:

This area of town is one of Oxford’s most prestigious neighborhoods, homes rarely come on the market in this area. When a home is listed it is usually either recently renovated or ready for a buyer to make their own necessary changes. Situated around the old country club and the recently converted Pat Lamar Park these homes don’t last long and usually sell before they even hit the market!

Cross Creek:

This subdivision was developed during the economic boom but during the downturn of the economy the bank inherited several lots. Recently(2014) the majority of the lots have been purchased by builders and the subdivision is on the up and up. Oxford is lucky to have this development with homes starting in the mid $150's.

Cumberland Place:

Cumberland Place is a terrific family neighborhood with spacious wooded lots and welcoming neighbors. These homes range in size and price and are located within the Oxford city school district. Located off Highway 6 West, these homes have easy access to Interstate 55 and downtown Oxford. This well established neighborhood continues to be a family favorite.

Deerfield:

This area offers one a good neighborhood with spacious lots. Deerfield is situated close to Tara, 12 Oaks and the Ole Miss Golf Course, offering individuals an opportunity to live in a modest priced subdivision. While still enjoying all the benefit Oxford has to offer. While close to downtown this subdivision is in the Lafayette school district. Starting in the 60’s these homes continue to be a great place for Oxfordians to live and start a family.

Eagle Point:

This area is located right off Hwy 6 with easy access to the West side of town and is comprised of mostly students and first time home buyers. With large lots, city schools, and only starting in the 130s this is a great place to check out.

East Wind:

This area is great for anyone looking for a spacious home on a 3-6 acre lot in the city school district. The neighborhood backs up to the woods and is only 2.5 miles down Highway 30. These homes are approximately 3000 sq feet and perfect for any family that enjoys the outdoors.

Edgewood:

These homes look just like homes you would see on the beach, with hardy plank siding and double front porches. These homes offer city schools and easy access to Highway 6 and are great for weekenders or someone looking to enjoy a home with low maintenance.

Forest Ridge:

These homes in Oxford rarely come on the market and situated in a great area right off Highway 30. These homes usually feature 3 bedroom/ 2 bathrooms and are really something to check out.

Fox Trail:

This subdivision in Oxford, MS is located right off College Hill Road close to Quail Creek and Tara. The lots are all multiple acres and have mature hardwoods, giving you the feeling of living in the woods when you're really only minutes from town.

Garden Terrace:

Located off Highway 6 in Oxford, MS. These homes are close to Eagle Point and HIgh Point. A lot of these homes are on the first floor with split floor plans; meaning the master bedroom is on one side with the other bedrooms on the other end of the home.

Garner Heights:

This small subdivision in Oxford is wonderful for so many reasons. Homes in this area rarely come up on the market and when they do you better look quick. With such a great proximity to the square any famil is sure to love this area. Located right off Jackson Avenue and Molly Barr Road.

Goose Creek:

Located right off Anderson Road in Oxford, Mississippi. This subdivision has easy access to anything and everything on the West end of town. These homes usually are larger in size with a more open floor plan and nice size lots. With good prices and city school districts this is not an area to pass by.

Grand Oaks:

Grand Oaks is one of the more prestigious developments in Oxford as well as one of the most established, having been under development for over twenty years. You will find a nice variety of homes set in rolling hills with beautiful landscapes and great views from the lots that border on the challenging 18 hole golf course. If you live to play golf, then this is the place you probably want to look at first!

Recently, the Country Club of Oxford announced plans to expand their presence on the South end of the subdivision but current amenities include a pool, tennis courts, a pro shop and a dining room offering great food.

The location of this development is ideal, being south of downtown Oxford just to the East of Hyw 7 which allows easy access to grocery shopping as well as the Square and the University. In addition, there is a nice mix of well established existing homes and there are two new sections with new homes under construction as well as available lots for your custom dream home.

Grand Oaks has a lot to offer to a those in the market to buy or build a home and is a wonderful option to consider

Grove Meadows:

Located right off Molly Barr Road in Oxford, Mississippi these homes are in a great location. With most of them being a hardy plank the neighborhood certainly has its own charming little feel. Great for any investor, weekender, or young family.

Gumtree:

This subdivision is priced to sell. With a conglomeration of different styles one is sure to find something. This neighborhood is only a short drive down College Hill Road and is in the Lafayette County school district.

Notting Hill:

Notting Hill is located just off South Lamar, close to the new hospital and Hwy 6. This great subdivision was developed and built by Marty Daniels, one of Oxford's finest builders. These homes were built from 2005-2008 and range in size from 1600 sq ft to 3000 sq ft. Notting Hill has a good mixture of families with young children and retirees. Notting Hill subdivision also has a community pool!

Northpointe:

Northpointe is located about 4 miles from the square, off Highway 7 north. This subdivision is ideal for families with children who want to be around other families, but also want privacy and a large lot. With prices ranging from the mid $200's to the high $300's, one is able to find a starter home or something more permanent. Smaller homes with smaller lots, targeting retirees, are located at the front of the development.

Oxford Commons:

This subdivision has started off with a big bang. With homes starting in the mid $200,000 range, this is the only subdivision in Oxford that offers a full community. This area pans to offer restaurants, retail stores, and so much more! Conveniently located right down the street from the new Oxford High school and Elementary school.

Oxmoor:

Oxmoor is located off of North Lamar and is one of the fastest growing developments in the Oxford area. The allure is the availability of attractive lots - large enough for family activities with retention of a number of well established trees. It has the feel of a solid family neighborhood with a variety of homes that will fit the needs of most every family.

The developers of Oxmoor have worked to make this neighborhood look and feel established and appealing. If this sounds like a potential fit for what you are looking for you should be sure to see it.

Rosemont:

This subdivision is located in Grand Oaks subdivision and has really been a huge success. These homes were built by one of the most reputable builders in the area, Brian Hill. Homes start in the 300,000 range unless you are located right on the golf course and then they are in the low $400's. These homes feature V-groove ceilings in the kitchen, brick accent walls, box beams, covered patio with a gorgeous brick indoor and outdoor fireplace, ice- maker and wine cooler. These homes have been selling as fast as they are constructed, one will not be disappointed.

South Oaks:

South Oaks subdivision is located off South Lamar, within the Oxford city school district. This great subdivision was started in the late 90's and continues to be very popular today(2015). These homes range in size and price range, making it a place that attractive to many different buyers.

Southpointe:

This subdivision was slow to take off but it has gained tremendous momentum in the last year. Majestic Construction LLC purchased the remaining bank owned lots and they are building a quality product at a great price! Most of these homes are 1600-1900 sq ft and sell in the low $200's.

The Gables:

Walker & Walker contractors purchased 24 bank owned lots in The Gables in 2012. Walker is a great builder and he really turned the momentum back in The Gables favor. He built and sold all 24 homes in less than 2 years. These two story homes feature gas fireplaces, hardwood floors, granite countertops, 10ft ceilings & 8ft doors. The Gables is located off old hwy 7 north, within the Oxford city school district.

The Highlands:

This subdivision is ideal for anyone wanting to settle in their dream home and enjoy the beautifully professionally managed 80 acre lake. With large wooded lots available in either the city or county school district one will be able to choose a lot that fits all of their needs. All lots offer individuals access to one of the prettiest lakes in Mississippi and one of the best fishing lakes in the country with numerous 12-14 lb bass being caught.

The Lakes:

This area is situated in the county school district and located on Highway 6 East. With large lots and several lakes to view one is sure to find an amazing tranquil view. Walker and Walker Enterprises recently purchased 40 lots and are building beautiful homes in the low $200,000 range. These homes feature amazing views, along many upgrades such as, hardwood floors, gas fireplaces, granite countertops, and stainless appliances. Come see these new homes in The Lakes, you won't be dissapointed!

Wellsgate:

For many reasons, Wellsgate is one of the most desirable developments in the Oxford area for homebuyers in almost every category. It is unique in many ways, including having several different 'communities' which are designed to appeal to a wide spectrum of people, such as young families, retirees, weekenders, etc.For families with children, it offers the much desired benefit of the Oxford

city school district and for those who enjoy the outdoors, the beautiful 130 acre lake provides fabulous fishing as well as scenic boating.

It is also ideally situated with very easy ingress/egress via Hiway 6 for easy access to downtown Oxford and the University while also providing convenient access to I-55 for those who need to commute. There is also a back entrance to the development on the Northeast side which makes the Goose Creek tennis club easily available to those who enjoy tennis.

Wellsgate is truly one of the best places to live in all of Lafayette County. It has benefited from having the participation of some of the finest builders in the Oxford area which has brought outstanding quality to the development as well as a large variety of floor plans and appearances. No matter what kind of housing you require, it is highly likely that Wellsgate will offer something that will be attractive to you.

Windsor Falls

This is one of the best subdivisions in Oxford, and it has been extremely successful. With Ronnie Leggitt and Marty Daniels construction one is sure to be satisfied with the great craftsmanship and pride they take in building these homes. This area is filled with young families and anyone wanting to feel part of an Oxford community. Windsor Falls also features their own community pool! Located right on Highway 7 south and South Lamar, one will feel like they are in the heart of everything.
